04/03/2025 As a solo woman van shopping is not an easy task. Gareth was respectful and I felt confident trusting him to find me a vehicle (which is not the case at most dealerships!!). 07/06/2024 Sold my wifes car to these guys via Motorway app and had and very fast and efficient service from Gareth and the Norwich Car/Van Centre staff. They bid for the Car on Friday 7th June, Contacted me Monday morning 10th June, came the same afternoon, inspected the car, paid the money and drove it away. It could not have been any better. Always deal with a proper car dealer like these guys. Excellent service!

My experience of Norwich Car Store is based on a recent purchase experience with Gareth.

Gareth is a very friendly and honest person who was very helpful when it came to appraising my vehicle and listening to my needs for a van. So much so that when I came in to view a van, Gareth had lined up another which in fact matched my needs better than the one I had intended to buy. Gareth negotiated a great price on the purchase vehicle and was super efficient in processing the sale with no quibbles when it came to aspects of the van which needed to be replaced.

14/01/2022 Excellent service from first contact through to payment and collection. Initial enquiry was late evening and I got an almost instant response even though it was out of hours. The guys had the van ready for me to collect and drive away within 48 hours. Vehicle was serviced, clean and free from body damage. So many commercial dealers just don’t prepare their vehicles to this standard but Norwich Van Centre was outstanding. A service on par with franchised main dealers.

The deposit service was excellent and as a woman looking for a van, I was treated with absolute respect by Kieran. I arrived to collect a couple of hours early but the van was ready to go. Had an excellent experience with Norwich van center yesterday, delt with keiren , nice helpful polite young man . Definitely not your usual pushy salesman , bought a nearly new Peugeot partner Van and was presented in mint condition and got a deal done really quickly and drove away the same day . If you’re looking for a nice van I would definitely have a look here first as they have a ridiculous amount of stock and all reasonable priced . Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks
